The weekly rental price is variable according to the dates of occupancy.  The rental includes an allowance for house and linen cleaning after your departure.  If the villa is left in a poor state then an amount will be deducted from the deposit to cover the extra cleaning costs. Please note that the villa is totally non-smoking and is not suitable for the infirm.  Children should always be chaperoned around the pool area.

1.    The signing of the form indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.   A £200 deposit is required to hold the date of your booking.  This deposit is refunded when the key is returned, unless additional cleaning, replacements or repairs to the property or its contents are needed.  If the stated number of people on the booking form is exceeded it will result in a full loss of deposit.

3.  FULL PAYMENT is required at least 10 weeks prior to your arrival.  If full payment is not received by 10 weeks prior to arrival, we reserve the right to reallocate the relevant weeks to other clients.

4.  If CANCELLATION takes place more than 10 weeks before arrival there will be a full loss of deposit.  If cancellation takes place between 10 - 4 weeks prior  to arrival, a cancellation charge of 75% will be levied.  Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival will be charged at the full amount.

5. We cannot accept responsibility for losses or damage caused by strikes, fire, flood, airport closure or any other event beyond our control.

6.   We cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage caused in or around the house, garden or swimming pool.

7.  You are advised to take out insurance before travelling to Spain.
